1. Sourcing, Inspection & Advisory Services

We provide a curated selection of excavators sourced directly from trusted global suppliers, each undergoing a rigorous 3‑stage inspection to ensure quality. Every machine comes with a fully transparent dossier including photos, videos, and service history. Supported by a dedicated consultant, you can also arrange a live video inspection to evaluate equipment in real time—making remote purchasing as confident as an on‑site visit.

2. Secure Transaction & Staged Payment Process

Our standard payment follows the widely used staged model (30%/70%) for a transparent and efficient transaction. A 30% deposit is required upon contract signing to secure the equipment, after which we immediately initiate export documentation and logistics. The remaining 70% balance is due prior to shipment. Upon full payment confirmation, we execute delivery or loading per the agreed FOB or EXW terms and transfer the complete set of shipping documents.

The entire process is secured: your deposit guarantees exclusive purchase rights, payments are made via bank transfer (T/T) or other corporate methods, and official invoices and receipts are provided for every transaction, ensuring full traceability and clear financial records.

3. Logistics Support & Export Facilitation

We ensure a smooth process from our location to the departure point.

Comprehensive Export Documentation: We handle and provide all necessary export paperwork, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

On-Site Loading Assistance (EXW/FOB): For EXW transactions, we ensure the machine is ready for your arranged carrier at our warehouse. For FOB shipments, we coordinate and bear costs to deliver the machine safely onboard the vessel at the agreed port.
